Picnic in The Park

During your hike, your guide will help you see what most visitors miss, from bear signs in trees, to banana slugs and salamanders under mossy logs. Learn how redwoods, fungi, and ferns form a vast, interconnected community, and hear the human stories of the people who have shaped and protected this forest.

After booking, your guide will reach out with the exact meeting location, trail details, and current conditions. We occasionally adjust trails depending on weather or group needs, and we’re happy to customize the route to match your group’s interests and ability level. You’ll meet your guide at the trailhead and begin a relaxed-paced walk designed to encourage exploration and connection with the landscape. Expect plenty of stops for photos, observation, and storytelling.

Fitness Level
