Private Cooking Lesson

Discover the joy of authentic Italian cooking in this hands-on culinary experience led by our own Chef Sophie. Designed to teach the fundamentals of cooking and to be a fun experience.

Chef will guide you though preparing the pasta dough and while that rests, you'll also make seasonal salad, dressing and the filling for the ravioli. Once ready you will be shown how to form your pasta, cook it and then sit down to enjoy a well earned meal, followed by a chef's choice dessert.

Details:

• Cooking lessons will take place in your home or vacation rental.
• The chef provides all supplies.
• Chef will be responsible for cleaning of all dishes and utensils used during cooking
• Making homemade pasta is a process! The duration of this experience is 3-4 hours.
